1937 - lockbox in closet next to front door (to the left) has keys for all owners closets - owners closet in master bath - turn key then pull metal bar towards you to open. Extra linens are located in master closet. Full extra set - 2 twin flat sheets. 
1. Washer/dryer very slow. You will need two twin flat sheets washed/dry but have enough linens to flip the house. 
2. Top floor - 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin 
     Main Floor - 1 king 
     Basement - 2 Twin 
3. Hot Tub - supplies in closet under stairs - fill to top jets, remove and wash filter, 1/4 cup shock, ensure frog system is floating upright, remove debris with skimmer and manual vacuum. 
4. Propane grill off back of kitchen 

Payout: General cleaning $95 + make beds $10 + wash/dry/fold linens $10 + hot tub $5 = $120 potential total/ $110 if you do not launder linens.
